RETURNS & REFUND :

  1. OUR RETURNS POLICY:

You get 14 days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order.

 If you receive faulty goods, wrong product, defective, damaged, tampered you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund. 

 

    • *Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, same as original condition must have all tags attached.
    • *Items must be unworn and unwashed.
    • *Shoes must be tried on indoors.
    • *Underwear, Swim wear, Face mask return is not allowed.  
    • *Return is not allowed on DIY (Design your own) custom made products. Product Made or dispatched items will not be accepted for return.

 

You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Just Adore®.

Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.

All return items will be audited by our quality control team to verify the product. Once approved by the team refund process will start, If found any used, faulty products, suspect fraudulent activity then refund request will be rejected and which will be informed. you will have 14 days to arrange or collect your products back to you.

  1. FAULTY GOODS 

Please return your item(s) to us after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by filling out the form on your account, and a member of our team will look into it.

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 14 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

If you’re cancelling your contract with us but have already received your order, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us. You'l then receive a full refund as per the policy.

Custom made items & For hygiene reasons, fashion masks and inner wears are non refundable.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

  1. UAE CUSTOMERS ONLY - HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM & HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

UAE LOCAL RETURNS:

You can have 2 options to return

Option 1: You can give it in our store location - free of cost

Option 2. Return through courier free of cost for 1 time for whole order, return all items which ever you want to return at once. Any return placed second time for the same order customer has to pay for the return.

PROCESS:

1. Repack your items (These need to be unworn/unwashed/unused and with original tags).

2. Contact customer care, they will raise a return, you need to provide order number and email and return item details.

3. Return will be raised by our Team, It will take 2 working days for pick up.

We cannot offer refunds on custom made items, grooming products, fashion masks or swimwear/underwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken/tampered.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For International returns you will need to pay for your return, Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.

You've got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.

1. Repack your items (These need to be unworn/unwashed/unused and with original tags).

2. You have to send the items by courier/postal by your own parcel service.

3. Contact customer care & provide the parcel tracking details & items that being returned.

We've gone paperless! You'll no longer receive a delivery note in your parcel.

We cannot offer refunds on custom made items, grooming products, fashion masks or swimwear/underwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken/tampered.

If the customer refuses to pay import charges (such as customs duties, taxes, or any other fees), the shipment will be considered abandoned and may be destroyed by customs or the shipping company.

Abandoned shipments are not eligible for a refund.

 

  1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

 

REFUND POLICY:

On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).

If you paid for your order with a gift voucher or store credit, this will be credited back to your Just Adore® account.

If you return some of items from the order, If you have used any discount code / coupon / promotion then discount offer will be invalid and original amount will be calculated for the order and the balance amount will be returned back to your account.

We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:

Payment confirmation will be sent be email immediately once the payment has been received. 

 

  • EXCHANGE POLICY - UAE CUSTOMERS ONLY

You get 14 days If you ordered a wrong size or you want to exchange an item from your order, you can contact our customer care, ask for an exchange & give all the details including order number, size, color you want.

Our team will arrange a courier to pick up the exchange item from your place and deliver the new item at the same time. Please note exchange product should be unworn, unwashed, with all the Tags attached.

Exchange Fee AED 20 applicable inside UAE and it should be paid as cash to the delivery person. Exchange will take 3-4 working days.

Customized items not accepted for exchange.

International orders outside of U.A.E not accepted for exchange.
